We offer free cancellation up to 3 days before check-in. Cancellations made within 3 days before arrival are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

Bookings made through Agoda or Booking.com follow the cancellation policy selected on those platforms.

Yes. Children below 3 years old stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

Yes. Additional guests beyond the standard room occupancy will incur an extra person fee.

Yes. Guests are required to pay an entrance fee of the following amount:

• No Gazebo - P200 per person with access to pool
• With Gazebo or Canopy - P120 per person with access to pool

Guests who are renting the Villas and the Big House are exempt of entrance fee.

Children below 3 years of age are also exempt of entrance fee.

Direct booking may be done through our Official Facebook Page (facebook.com/gracelandresorts) or directly through our Facebook Messenger (m.me/gracelandresorts).

We accept various payment methods, including online payments through our booking system and third-party platforms.

For on-site payments, we accept cash and online payments to our GCash/BPI accounts.

Yes. We accept this for the Senior or PWD's :

1. Individual Entrance Fee
2. Individual stay at the Villas or the Big House
3. Individual meal at the Restaurant

As of now, dogs are only allowed in the grounds for Day Guests.

Pets must be under the supervision of their owner at all times. Pet owners must also be responsible for picking up their pet's litter and dispose in available trash cans.

Yes. A corkage fee of ₱500 applies for bringing lechon into the resort.

All other outside food is allowed with no corkage fee.

Yes. Guests may use the designated grilling area within the resort.

• Grilling is only allowed in the assigned area.
• Guests must maintain cleanliness after use.
• Please observe safety precautions at all times.

Guests traveling to Graceland Resort can expect an uphill drive with some typical provincial road conditions.

• The route may include one-way roads in certain sections.
• Some parts of the road may not be fully paved.
• The last 500 meters leading to the resort is unpaved and rocky, but the approach ends with a well-paved road upon arrival.
• Vehicles such as sedans can generally access the resort, but careful driving is advised.
• Travel time may vary depending on traffic, weather, and time of day.

Parking: Free parking is available on-site for all guests.
