1. General Policy
Graceland Resort implements a strict cancellation and refund policy. By making a reservation, guests agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Cancellation Policy (Direct Bookings)
- Free cancellation is allowed up to 3 days before the scheduled check-in date.
- Cancellations made within 3 days before check-in will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
3. No-Show Policy
- Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made within the allowed free cancellation period.
- No refunds will be provided for late cancellations or no-shows.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
5. Promotional and Non-Refundable Rates
- Promotional, discounted, or special offer rates are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
- Full payment may be required at the time of booking.
- No changes, cancellations, or refunds will be allowed once the booking is confirmed.
6. Peak Season and Holiday Policy
- During peak seasons, holidays, and special events, stricter cancellation policies may apply.
- Bookings made for peak periods may be non-refundable or require longer cancellation notice (e.g., 7–14 days).
- Specific terms will be indicated at the time of booking and will prevail over standard policies.
7. Third-Party Bookings
- Reservations made through third-party platforms such as Agoda and Booking.com are subject to the cancellation and refund policies selected and displayed on those platforms at the time of booking.
- In case of discrepancies, the policy stated on the booking platform shall prevail.
- Graceland Resort is not responsible for refund processing handled by these platforms.
8. Rebooking Option
- Rebooking may be offered at the discretion of management for cancellations made outside the free cancellation period.
- Rebooking is subject to availability and may require payment of rate differences.
9. Force Majeure
- In cases of events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), the resort may offer rebooking, credit, or refunds at its discretion.
10. Modifications
- Changes to booking dates are treated as cancellations and new bookings, and may incur applicable charges.
