Welcome to Graceland Resort. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying at our resort, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Reservations may be made through our website or third-party platforms such as Agoda and Booking.com.
• Guests must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Prices may vary depending on season, availability, and promotions.
• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
• Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

• Free cancellation may be allowed if made within the specified cancellation period.
• Cancellations made beyond the allowed period may be subject to charges.
• No-shows may result in full charge of the booking.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable period.
• Bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to their respective cancellation policies.

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 12:00 noon
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Valid identification is required upon check-in.

• Children below three (3) years old stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
• Additional guests beyond the standard room occupancy will incur an extra person fee.
• Extra beds or mattresses may be provided subject to availability and additional charges.

• Guests must comply with all resort rules and regulations.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property.
• Illegal activities and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
• The resort reserves the right to remove guests who violate policies without refund.

• Resort facilities are to be used at the guest’s own risk.
• Management is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.
• Certain amenities may have specific rules and operating hours.

• Pool hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• A lifeguard may be on duty during designated hours; however, guests are responsible for their own safety at all times.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Proper swimwear is required. Cotton clothing is not allowed in the pool.
• Shower before entering the pool.
• No diving, running, or rough play in pool areas.
• No glassware or breakable items allowed near the pool.
• Guests with open wounds, skin conditions, or contagious illnesses are not allowed to use the pool.
• The resort is not liable for accidents or injuries resulting from improper use of the pool.

Graceland Resort shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except as required by law.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The resort shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
